Thank you for your interest in volunteering at SAFEHOME. Volunteers represent a valuable part of our organization and play an important role in helping us achieve our mission to break the cycle of domestic violence and partner abuse for victims and their children. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities and each role is equally important. Please review our information and learn how to get started.

“It is so true that you get back much more than you give by volunteering. I not only learned a lot, I made lifelong friendships and found out you can accomplish more than you ever thought possible. I started volunteering for SAFEHOME over 10 years ago, served on the board, I am still involved, and I have enjoyed every minute. There’s no greater reward than giving of yourself. One person CAN make a difference.”
“I have worked with SAFEHOME off and on for a number of years now…ever since retiring, and I have found each thing I do to be needed, appreciated, and rewarding.”
