SAFEHOME has unpaid internship opportunities for people interested in pursuing professional careers in social services and development. Interns will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with SAFEHOME staff to learn from their professional experience. Staff will also work with students to meet internship requirements for college credit.
1. Volunteer Management Intern
This unpaid internship opportunity is available August through December, and January through mid-June. It involves working with fundraising event committees, volunteers and SAFEHOME staff members under supervision of the Manager of Volunteers. This internship requires 10-15 hours per week, including some weekend hours.
