SAFEHOME is looking for Clinical Director to oversee our thriving and professional counseling program. The Clinical Director will provide strategic direction for the program, including implementing best practice modalities, and will oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of clinical staff.
Candidates must have direct clinical experience and supervisory experience, with program management experience preferred. Experience should include work in the areas of domestic violence, substance abuse, child development; counseling theories and modalities such as EMDR and play therapy; as well as crisis intervention and trauma informed care. A master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling or Marriage & Family Therapy is required.
